How we work

Three phases, clear timings

  1. Half a day

    Assessment

    On site or on a video call. We understand how you work and what your system needs. At the end we give you the final price, before we start.

  2. 10 working days

    Build

    10 working days after the assessment. We build the system around your cases:

    • the company map and memory;
    • the agents for your cases;
    • Segretario and the Telegram link;
    • the contact log and the dashboard;
    • integrations with your tools.
  3. 2 hours

    Handover and training

    We hand over the working system and train the people who will use it.
