A typical day

What it does for you in a day

  1. In the morning

    It reads the mail that came in overnight, drafts replies to routine requests and sends them to you on Telegram. You read them and reply “send”, or change a couple of words.

  2. A client asks for an appointment

    Segretario checks your calendar, suggests two free slots and writes the reply. You approve with one tap on your phone.

  3. A deadline is coming up

    An invoice, a contract, a delivery: it reminds you in the morning, with the reply already drafted if someone needs an answer.

  4. A request after hours

    It arrives in the evening or at the weekend: Segretario doesn’t ignore it and doesn’t reply on its own. It drafts the answer and shows it to you at the next check.

  5. At the end of the week

    A short summary of what happened, what is still waiting for your OK and what has been closed.

To put it simply: a Pro subscription to an AI assistant costs about €20 a month on its own, and you still do all the work. Here, at €19 (founders price) you get the same kind of model already included, plus a secretary already trained to work on your mail and your calendar. You only give the ok.

The check quota (“turns”), explained simply

Segretario doesn’t sit up waiting. It checks your mail and calendar at regular intervals during the day, and each check is a “turn”. The basic plan includes 1,300 turns a month, about 42 a day; Pro doubles that.

What happens if you go over: if in a very busy month you use up the included turns, Segretario keeps working but checks your mail less often until the next monthly renewal. You can move to the Pro plan at any time, or write to us for extra turns.

You can cancel anytime, no commitment: the subscription stops at the next renewal.

Claude Code already has plenty of tools. The Kit doesn’t reinvent them: it configures them, makes them work together and gives them written rules. Ten concrete differences.

01Memory between sessions It remembers what it finds written in its files. At the start nothing is written: you decide what to note and how. A memory already set up, with an index: preferences, decisions and rules stay written down and are reread at every start.
02A map of your work It starts without knowing who you are, what you sell, how you want it to write and what it must never do. A map you fill in once (who you are, projects, golden rules, where things are) that it reads on its own at every start.
03Agents by cost You can create agents, but you start from a blank page: without rules you risk using the most expensive model even to rename files. Three agents in a hierarchy: director (Opus) for quality, manager (Sonnet) for research and drafts, worker (Haiku) for repetitive work.

06Messages from your phone You work with it from your computer. There is no ready channel to message it on Telegram while you’re out. You text or send a voice note to your bot: it reaches the session on your computer, which confirms straight away and replies on your phone.
07Messages that arrive instantly The Monitor tool exists, but it watches nothing until you give it a folder and a script. The doorbell wakes the session as soon as a message comes in: no waiting, no message read twice.
08Contact log and dashboard No log: contacts stay in your inbox and deadlines in your head. Every request goes into a log you open with Excel. A private page shows deadlines, decisions, contacts and research.
09Recaps and STATO You can resume a conversation, but there is no tidy summary of what’s done and what’s still open. At the end of the day a 10-25 line recap and a single STATO file with deadlines and pending decisions, kept up to date by Claude.

Your data

No training on your data. Segretario reads your email to draft replies; it doesn’t use it to train any model and doesn’t sell it to anyone.

Data at rest in Europe. During the beta, the model that processes it runs in the United States, under a contract with the EU standard contractual clauses. From launch, all processing will stay in Europe.

Nothing goes out without your OK. Segretario drafts, you decide: it only goes out when you confirm.

Where is my data?

At rest in Europe (details on the “Your data” page). During the beta, model processing goes through the United States under a contract that complies with EU rules. From launch it will all stay in Europe.

Does mail get sent on its own?

Never. Segretario drafts the replies and sends them to you on Telegram, from the “AI Semplice” bot. It only goes out when you write “send” or tap the confirm button.

What do I need to get started?

Just a phone. You sign up, connect your mailbox and the “AI Semplice” Telegram bot, and the first draft arrives in 10 minutes: nothing to install, no technician needed.

Can I cancel?

Yes, whenever you want, no strings attached. In the first 3 trial days you pay nothing if you cancel; after that, the subscription stops at the next renewal.

Does it work with Outlook?

Today it works with Gmail, with Aruba mail and with regular mailboxes. Outlook and Microsoft 365 arrive right after launch.
