01module centrale
The control room of your work
Map, memory, STATO status file, recaps, contact log and summary page: Claude knows who you are and what’s open.
A day with it
At 9 you open the session: it reads the map, the STATO file and the latest recap and tells you in five lines what’s due today. Every new request from your website goes into the contact log. At 7pm you type “let’s wrap up”: it writes the recap and updates STATO and the summary page. Tomorrow it picks up from there.

A day with it
Type /ricerca open a second restaurant in Bologna. First it asks, in a single question, about the decision, the scope, what to leave out and the size; it shows you the dimensions and only starts on your “go”. At the end every number is marked as FACT, with its source, or as ESTIMATE, with the reasoning.

Segretario on your computer
It checks your mail, drafts replies in your style and waits for your OK.
A day with it
Between 8am and 10pm it checks your mail every 20 minutes. A quote request comes in: it saves the attachment, updates the log, drafts the reply in Gmail and writes to you on Telegram “Reply 'send Rossi' or type your changes”. If the email touches on prices or negotiations, it waits for your decision.

The phone link
You text it or send a voice note on Telegram, it replies on your phone.
A day with it
In the car you send a voice note: “draft the email to the supplier”. The computer transcribes it, the message gets a read tick straight away and the session writes back “Yes, I’ve listened: give me 5 minutes”. Then it sends you the result. The ping command answers even with no session open.

The portal reader
It reads a portal behind a login without touching anything and alerts you to changes.
A day with it
Your supplier only publishes orders in its private area. You log in once by hand. Overnight a small command reads the orders and in the morning you get only what changed on Telegram. No saved passwords, no clicks that change anything.

What the Kit is NOT
It’s not an app
It’s text files and small readable scripts that Claude Code uses as its map, memory and procedures. It doesn’t open with an icon.
It doesn’t replace Claude
It organises it. Claude does the work, with Anthropic’s models: the Kit tells it who you are, how you work and what it must never do.

It works when the computer is on and a session is open. Today it’s designed for Mac; on Linux almost everything works.
Your work never goes through IOD21
Mail, files and messages stay between your computer, Anthropic and the services you connect. All we receive is the licence code and a technical fingerprint of the computer, when you activate or update the Kit.
And in any case: it sends nothing on its own. Emails, messages and offers only go out with your OK for that specific item.
