1. What IOD21 does

IOD21 lists your kit in the catalog, delivers a free version, generates an unlock code for each sale reported by your payment provider, delivers encrypted and signed modules and updates, and revokes licences after a full refund. IOD21 does not sell your kit and does not process payments: the sale is between you and your customer, on your checkout.

2. Your account

Accounts are by invitation. You connect your own Stripe or Polar account by giving us the webhook signing secret, which we store encrypted. Keep your login email secure: whoever controls it can publish in your name.

3. Your content

You are responsible for the content of your kit and for support on that content. You confirm you have the rights to publish it and that it does not contain malware, embedded credentials, personal data of third parties or instructions to bypass security controls. Kits run inside the customer's project folder only.

4. Review

Every version goes through an automatic check and a human review before publication. We may reject a version and we explain why. Review usually takes up to 2 working days.

5. Fees

Platform fee: 10% of the amount paid by the customer, 5% for founding creators, invoiced monthly on the sales recorded by the platform. Fees for non founding creators can change with 30 days' notice.

6. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds follow your checkout policy and the consumer law that applies to your customers. A full refund revokes the licence. The end of a subscription stops updates; installed files stay with the customer.

7. Suspension

We may suspend a kit or an account after a report or a security concern. While suspended, activations, updates and new codes stop. We tell you why, and you can reply before a final decision, except in urgent security cases.

8. Reports (Digital Services Act)

Anyone can report illegal content in a kit. Contact point for reports and for authorities: information@iod21.com (single point of contact to be confirmed by the lawyer).

9. Termination

You can leave at any time: your kits are removed from the catalog, existing customers keep the files they installed.

10. Law

Italian law. To be completed by the lawyer (jurisdiction, liability limits, consumer exceptions).
